Hands-on with:
Case Management
Customer portals
SLAs, Entitlements
Knowledge base setup
Playbooks / Advanced Work Assignment
Strong with ServiceNow design principles - must be able to justify design decisions
Worked on end-to-end implementations (not just enhancements or support)
Can explain CSM flows and architecture, not just mention tools
Good understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP) in context of CSM
Clear communication: must be able to articulate why and how, not just what
Soft Skill Filters:
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Able to handle client-facing discussions independently
Preferred:
Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory
Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
CSM certification mandatory
