• Project Planning: Creating detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and identifying resource requirements
• Execution and Delivery: Overseeing project execution, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and challenges that may impact project success and developing risk mitigation strategies
• Communication: Facilitating effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Resource Management: Allocating resources efficiently and effectively, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrating a strong understanding of technical concepts and technologies relevant to the project, allowing effective collaboration with technical teams
• Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving project-related issues and roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle
