Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager Quality Control
Location: Seepz, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 7 years in Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Qualification: B.E. (Electronics or Mechanical)
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Age: 30 to 35 years
Gender: Male / Female

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality compliance.
Analyze in-process rejections and rework, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Utilize and guide the team in QC tools for problem-solving and quality improvement.
Ensure adherence to QC/QA policies and maintain compliance with customer requirements.
Manage and calibrate instruments, gauges, and measuring devices for inspection accuracy.
Supervise and train inspection operators for optimal performance.
Maintain accurate inspection data, records, and quality reports, and present findings to management.
Conduct sample inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports for customer submission.
Apply knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis) in quality processes.
Work closely with the team to maintain and enhance ISO system compliance and support quality audits.

Proficiency in QC tools, SPC, and MSA.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Knowledge of ISO systems and audit processes.
