HR Intern
Location: Sector-29, Gurgaon (In-office)

KNR Management Consultants is a leading executive search and HR consulting firm, specializing in leadership hiring, strategic recruitment, and HR solutions for top organizations. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and work directly with our HR Manager on live projects.
Role Overview:
This internship offers freshers and early-career professionals (01 year of experience) the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR by supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
- Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and provide day-to-day HR support.
Who Can Apply:
- Fresh graduates, students in their final year, or candidates with 01 year of experience in HR/related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and people management.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
