Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end onboarding activities for new joiners
Coordinate joining formalities such as documentation, background verification, and system entries
Ensure timely completion and maintenance of employee records (digital & physical)
Prepare and share offer letters, joining kits, and welcome communications
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll) for onboarding readiness
Track joining status and follow up with candidates prior to Day 1
Assist in conducting induction/orientation sessions
Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, and onboarding dashboards
Support other HR initiatives and projects as required
