Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Identify best practices / process re-engineering opportunities and implement these HR initiatives across the teams in Operations.
- Providing leadership and ensuring a high level of motivation at process level.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee grievances.
- Ensure the management follows the set process of skip level & one on one meeting with their team members.
- Drive programs on retention and succession planning on organization level.
- Maintain employee count report, filing work, joining and documentation.
- Monthly planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Responsible for exit management.
- Willing to work in the night shift / US timings.
Experience Required:
Candidates with graduation having 6+ years of experience in HR
