• Handle customer queries via chat in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner.
  
• Provide accurate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions.
  
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  
• Adhere to service levels and quality standards.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 4 years in International Chat / Customer Support.
  
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
  
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  
• Comfortable working in night shifts and with rotational offs.
