Berger Paints India Ltd ( British Paints Div ) is looking for Zonal HR Business Partner - South to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Serve as a strategic partner to the business and provide guidance on HR issues related to talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR programs that align with the company's values and goals
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, performance management, and career development
• Partner with talent acquisition to ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent and support the onboarding of new employees
• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs and support the development of annual performance and compensation reviews
• Work with management to identify and develop training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and support business objectives
• Lead and support change management initiatives and provide guidance on organizational design and development
• Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and security
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
