Overall Job Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of branch operations and processes with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Focus on increasing the employee value proposition of the bank with high-net-worth clientele.
- Implement best practices to enhance customer experience and strengthen customer value chain.
- Drive and achieve challenging targets set by the bank consistently.
- Manage the entire gamut of business in line with growing organisational needs.
Sales and Sales Process
- Fully responsible for Branch P & L revenue & cost.
- Managing a Profit Centre with profitability being the key result area through acquisition of net worth accounts, enhancing NII income, transaction fees, generating revenue from third party products and managing OPEX.
- Sales generation CASA & Third-Party Wealth Products.
- Responsible for Branch Banking & HNI segment.
- Set up of branches from their nascent stages to increasing the book size manifold.
- Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank.
Qualify Mandatory Certifications within the probation period:
- AMFI - Association of Mutual Funds in India (Mandatory)
- IRDAI - Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India (Desirable)
