JD
- General Responsibilities-End to End Phase/Project Management
- Manage the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end
- project or specific area of a project (e.g. build or test)
- Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner
- Understand the fundamental solution being developed/deployed - its business value, blueprint, how itfits with the overall architecture or business operations, risks, etc.
- Ensure that internal and external project resources with appropriate skill sets are provided
- Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level
- Ensure resolution of cross segment/team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts
- Manage critical path, dependencies, contingency and overall budget performance (e.g. Estimate AtCompletion (EAC) vs. budget)
- Proactively eliminate critical path road blocks to help ensure successful delivery of the solution
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
- Keen focus on details Experienced Required
- Strong work ethic Skilled Required
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization required *Experienced Required
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change Experienced Required
- Customer Service Skills Skilled Required
- General PC experience including basic Google and Microsoft applications Skilled Required
- Understanding of Telecom Industry Basics Skilled Required
