Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat process, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in an international chat process or non-voice BPO environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written) for effective interaction with customers.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts.
• Graduate freshers are welcome.

• Shift timings : 5:30pm - 10:30am (Any 9.5 hrs)
• Week Off : 2 Rotational week offs.
• Salary : Freshers - 17k & experience upto 25k.
