HDFC Bank is hiring for the job role COP Officers for Sector-10 Rohini West -Delhi Location . Interested and suitable candidates can appear in the scheduled drive for interview, Fresh graduates are also welcome!

Job Specification & Skills Required

Graduates ( Any Stream ) from accredited Universities
Exp. 0 - 3 Years (Relevant) Freshers are also welcome.
To engage regularly with the customers as defined by the contact policy and provide a Consistent & a Superior Digital Experience
Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products that the Bank has to offer
Customer Interaction & Query Management
Adherence to the defined service delivery standards
For their banking transactions/ needs, while keeping a "window' to talk to the bank whenever customer needs.
Consistently meet the service productivity
Responsible for meeting the scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed.
Good communication skills, Influencing & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of banking products & process
Proactive & focused approached
