Role & responsibilities

1-2 years of experience who are interested in Voice Process (Inbound calls)
Education Qualification Min. Graduate
Good English verbal and written skills required.
Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
Interact with customers.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
