Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience (experience should be verifiable and on paper).

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Ability to work in UK shifts.

Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.

Shift Timings: Core UK Shift (afternoon to late evening IST).

Week Offs: Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).

Transport Facility: Provided for both pick-up and drop.
