Job Description

    As a Quality Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using our automation tech stack, which comprises C#, Reqnroll for BDD, and Selenium WebDriver for UI tests. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, product managers, and QA analysts, to comprehend requirements and devise test strategies. Furthermore, you will execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation. Your role will involve continuously improving and optimizing test automation processes and frameworks, participating in code reviews, and providing feedback to enhance code quality and testability. Monitoring and maintaining test environments and test data will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in C# and have experience with the .NET framework. Additionally, you should be well-versed in test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Selenium WebDriver and Reqnroll for BDD. A strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing, is essential. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar, knowledge of version control systems such as Git, and familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured are also required. Moreover, you should have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation, is necessary. The job is full-time, and the work schedule is Monday to Friday with a morning shift. This position offers health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund benefits.,
