Month on month target achievement
Delivery on non-volume agendas
Manpower management and up gradation (Recruitment & Development)
Target planning & offloading
Distributor health & infrastructure management
Implementation of systems and policies (L&D, Commercial, IT)
Reporting & Tracking

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate (MBA preferred)
Age 25 to 30 years
2-5 years of experience in General Trade channel sales with a reputed FMCG company
Driving business of at-least 50 lacs per month
