Job Description
SUMMARY- Oversee and process sales orders, billing, and invoicing using SAP
- Utilize Excel to analyze commercial data and generate reports (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.)
- Support pricing strategy by maintaining price lists and discount structures
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure order fulfillment and revenue tracking
- Monitor outstanding receivables and aid in collection follow-ups
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure accurate recording of all commercial transactions in accordance with company policies
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on sales performance, customer accounts, and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Commerce
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial or finance support role
- Proficiency in SAP
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards; macros will be an added advantage)
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
