Facilitating customer audits.
Attending customer complaints & make sure that complaint get resolved.
Follow up with factory for their production plan & dispatches.
Launch New Formulation in International MARKET.

New product development and market research.
Coordinating with R&D, Production and Dispatch department for timely delivery to customers to guide supply chain department.
