Job Description
Manager - Q A/ Q C
Roles and Responsibilities
Knowledge of General Methodology of constructions like marking, checks for alignments,
verticality, sequence of construction of concreting works, Block work constructions,
Plastering works, etc.
Familiar with test procedure and specification as per standard. Knowledge of RMC / Batching
Plant experience & ISO requirements.
To check for calibration of instruments and checking material testing certificates from the
supplying agencies.
Knowledge of good construction practices, Problem solving capability, Understanding root
cause, and taking corrective & Preventive Measures, carrying out the rectification work as
per approved methodology.
Timely submission of daily/ monthly report quality on to QC Head.
Plan and perform incoming and in process inspection and audit.
Interaction with Clients, Internal && external Communications, Implementation of norms as laid down by the organization.
Training to Engineers, Foremen, Supervisors, etc. on quality aspect of constructions on
routine basis.
