Job Description
- You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring the best-in-class portfolio quality of the branch. You will effectively lead a team of Loan Officers/Field Staff at the branch to help them achieve their business targets. Your role will involve designing a collection strategy within the operational radius to avoid high-risk areas and maintain a high-quality portfolio. Regular field visits will be conducted to guide and motivate the Loan Officers, with surprise visits to assess loan officer performance during Centre Meetings and take corrective action as necessary. You will also be required to conduct morning and evening meetings with Loan Officers to ensure daily run rate targets are met. Proper maintenance of branch facilities, registers, and documents is essential to handle various compliance, audit, legal, admin, and HR-related issues effectively. Staff skill development is a key aspect of this role, achieved through meetings and continuous monitoring of different clusters to identify training needs based on market trends and new business opportunities. You will guide the team to improve their First Time Right (FTR) and Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintaining a branch that aligns with brand values and ensuring effective brand retention and recall among customers and non-customers is crucial. Compliance with all system and processes as stipulated by Senior Management is required, along with ensuring all staff are adequately trained on company products and processes. The ideal candidate for this position should be a Graduate in any discipline.,
