Job Description
- As a QA Manager with 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products at Great Place IT Services. Your responsibilities will involve designing and executing test plans, preparing manual test scenarios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a test engineer capacity, along with demonstrated proficiency in evaluating requirements and preparing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scripts for all phases of the test cycle. Your strong analytical skills and experience in both manual and automation testing will be essential in identifying and addressing any potential gaps in requirements. A solid understanding of software development methodologies and testing techniques, as well as working knowledge of SQL databases, will enable you to write basic queries and assess the required test coverage effectively. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with excellent communication skills, will be valuable in collaborating with distributed teams and reporting testing results promptly.
