Job Description
- As a Software Engineer - Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI) at our Airoli, Navi Mumbai location, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) models and solutions. Your role will involve building, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and GenAI applications. You will write, maintain, and optimize Python code for ML and NLP projects while working with databases to collect, clean, and manage datasets for model training and evaluation. Additionally, you will deploy ML models and Python applications on public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver solutions. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI solution development, with at least 2 years of practical experience in Python programming. You should also possess a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in ML/NLP solutions, at least 1 year of experience working with LLM and GenAI technologies, and 1+ years of experience with any modern database (SQL/NoSQL). Experience in deploying ML models or Python applications on Azure or AWS is also required. Preferred skills for this role include familiarity with major ML/NLP libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, and Hugging Face Transformers. An understanding of software engineering best practices, version control, and model lifecycle management will be beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and teamwork abilities, are essential for success in this position.
