Job Description
- Will be responsible to create Job Descriptions for various vacancies in the organization in coordination with Hiring Managers.
- Sourcing, screening, conducting and scheduling interviews of candidates as per requirement
- Salary Negotiations, creating Salary Structures.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per allocated budget.
- Timely on-boarding of resources.
- Create and maintain necessary Recruitment Report and Trackers.
- MBA is mandatory.
- Preferring candidates within 8 kms radius of Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR IT recruitment with HR Consultancy.
- Should have knowledge of using various job portals and social sites for recruitments.
- Excellent in Written and Verbal communication in English.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
- Strong in work planning and time-management.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Eye for details.
- Should be proficient with Microsoft word, excel and power point.
