Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic *Head of Talent Acquisition / Head of HR / Recruitment Manager* to lead our organization's recruitment efforts and overall HR strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective hiring strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our business goals. This role will also contribute to broader HR leadership including organizational planning, employer branding, and talent management initiatives.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies across all business functions.
* Lead workforce planning in collaboration with senior leadership.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
* Optimize sourcing channels including job boards, agencies, referrals, and social media.
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Own recruitment analytics and metrics to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
