Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead with 9 years of extensive background in leading and supporting a Microsoft-based digital workplace environment.

Requirements:

Leading a team of Support Engineers to provide exceptional service to stakeholders.

Defining and embedding standards and practices in the digital workplace to ensure smooth business operations, improve productivity and efficiency, and reduce risk.

Collaborating with Leads across other IT functions to establish standard operating procedures and processes, e.g. Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Regional IT, etc.

Working with stakeholders across IT and business teams, including overseas teams, to identify, prioritise, and resolve issues impacting the digital workplace.

Administering Microsoft 365 services, as well as expertise in device management using Intune.
