Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinating with all level managers in the organization for hiring needs( NON IT Requirements).
Understanding the Job Description.
Sourcing and screening the profiles from Naukri, Monster.
Scheduling the interview through telephonic, virtual meetings, F2F discussions.
Follow up the candidates till the Joining.
Documentation for New Joinees
Maintaining the hiring reports.
Conducting Employee Engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication skills.
Good working experience in Non - IT Recruitment.

Ready to come for F2F interview.

Ready to work from Office

Shift timings :11 AM to 8 PM

Working Days : Monday to Friday
