Job Title: Program Manager (MMU Project ) Operations
Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager Operations to Implement and Monitor Healthcare and Education & Skilling Projects. To lead and manage IGFs Healthcare and education & vocational training programs. These initiatives aim to empower underserved communities by improving their Health by providing Health care activities and particularly youth and womenby integrating education, health awareness, and employment-linked skilling. The role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, a deep understanding of Community engagement, Indias skilling and development landscape , Periodically Donor Reporting and meeting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of Healthcare and integrated education and skill development programs.
- Align programs with IGFs strategic focus on healthcare access, community development, and employability.
- Collaborate with training partners, academic institutions, CSR stakeholders, government bodies, and NGOs for the implementation and Tie-Ups.
- Develop frameworks, curriculum linkages, and training content aligned with current employment trends, especially in health and allied sectors.
- Set clear program goals, KPIs, and ensure outcome-based implementation.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, partners, and field teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct baseline studies, needs assessments, and impact evaluations.
- Document learnings, prepare donor and internal reports, and contribute to IGFs knowledge base.
- Identify and explore new partnerships for program scale-up and innovation.
- Support the capacity building of internal and partner teams involved in training delivery.
- Ready to participate and Implement Emergency Relief Response in any Relief work.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or masters degree in education, Development Studies, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- 58 years of experience in managing Haelthcare/education/livelihood/skilling programs in the development sector or CSR domain.
- Deep understanding of Indias skilling ecosystem, vocational training norms, and government schemes like NSDC, PMKVY, NULM, etc.
- Prior experience in implementing or managing community-based programs with measurable social outcomes.
- Strong leadership, team management, and project execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, project tracking tools, and reporting systems.

- Experience in health-related skilling (e.g., home health aide, general duty assistant) is an advantage.
