Job Description

JOB RESPONSBILITIES

IN charge of Sweets & Savouries shop.

1. Knowledge and Experience in Sweets, Savouries and food production processes.

2. Production Planning from indenting, sourcing raw materials to finished products packaging.

3. Quality and Hygiene as per FSSAI regulations.

4. Inventory and Waste Management to ensure cost-effective production.

5. Team leadership, train staff to to achieve high performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

6. Documentation of recipes and generate reports.

7. Check production output according to specifications.

8. Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.

Desired profile of the candidate

Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role Experience .

Advanced skills in MS Office Organizational and leadership qualities.

Communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Problem-solving skills.

Qualification : Degree

Desired work experience 7 years and above

Compensation Offered Based on experience
