Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Manage and track client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to achieve business goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and timely support.
- Handle end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
