Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Manage and track client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to achieve business goals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within stipulated timelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and timely support.
  • Handle end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 35 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
