Job Description
Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Location: Goregaon East
Salary: 25,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timings: Rotational shiftsJob Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. The CDP will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the Head Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels, place requisitions, and reduce wastage.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants when required.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely food service during operations.
- Follow rotational shift schedules and adapt to peak business hours.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a CDP in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekends.
