Head Compensation and Performance @ Quadrangle

Job Description

Looking for a Compensation and Performance Specialist to lead the strategic and operational aspects of Executive Compensation planning, Performance measurement Frameworks, and related data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work independently, and experience working with leadership stakeholders

Responsibilities :

• Lead executive compensation reviews and validate inputs with business leaders
• Manage end-to-end execution of compensation letters and benchmarking exercises
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and evaluation frameworks for leadership roles.
• Ensure accurate and timely tracking of KPIs throughout the performance cycle.
• Design and govern performance measurement frameworks and payout governance
• Drive process automation and handle data-driven decision support

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics is a MUST
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Exposure to compensation benchmarking, performance-linked pay, and executive rewards frameworks
