Scouting for a Specialist to manage Executive Remuneration - ESOP & LTI.
The role will Design, Execute and Govern the ESOPs & Executive and Long-term incentive (LTI) programs.
The role requires deep expertise in DESIGNING LTI & stock-based compensation at the execuitve level, with strong analytical skills, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business leadership.
