Roles and Responsibilities

Manage attendance, leaves, and other HR operations for employees.
Handle grievances and exit formalities in a timely manner.
Ensure smooth vendor coordination for joining formalities and time office management.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
Provide support to the team on various HR-related tasks as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in Attendance Management, Grievance Handling, Joining Formalities, Time Office Management, Vendor Coordination, and Exit Formalities.
Strong understanding of HR Operations principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
