Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Ensure CLRA (Continuous Labour Registration Act) compliance by maintaining accurate records of employment data.
Oversee factory administration tasks such as manpower planning and time office management.
Handle employee grievances and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and statutory compliance for employees.
