About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Consultant to join the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Support Team, helping clients maximize the performance of their advertising campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-growing world of digital advertising and marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to advertisers through email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and suggest improvements.
  • Deliver technical support solutions and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
  • Assist advertisers with marketing concepts (purchasing funnel, AB testing, ROAS, etc.).
  • Develop a deep understanding of LMS products and digital advertising trends.
  • Collaborate with teams for smooth process execution and new product rollouts.
  • Create exceptional client experiences by aligning solutions with advertiser goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelors degree (B.A/B.com/BBA) or equivalent experience.
1+ year experience in customer service, advertising operations, marketing strategy, or account management (digital/ads support).
Basic to intermediate understanding of:

  • Advertising concepts & terminologies
  • Marketing mix, purchasing funnel, AB testing, ROAS
  • Customer journey of a marketer
    Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
    Experience with online advertising platforms (PPC, content marketing, search ads).
    Strong data analysis & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
    Flexible to work in rotational shifts (early morning, afternoon, weekends).

Preferred Skills

Experience in cross-functional collaboration and coaching.
Knowledge of CRM tools and supporting new product launches.
Strong leadership qualities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
