Job Description
- Handle end-to-end HR operations with a primary focus on offer letter creation, validation, and release.
- Ensure all offers are aligned with company policies, compensation structures, and compliance requirements.
- Accurately maintain and update employee/candidate data in Workday HCM.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Address candidate queries related to offers and provide a positive experience.
- Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance-related activities.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, with proven expertise in Workday HCM.
- Hands-on experience in offer generation, HR documentation, and data management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
