Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking an energetic HR Recruiter with proven experience in field recruitment, mass hiring, and organizing recruitment drives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for large-scale hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including bulk and field hiring.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet high-volume staffing requirements.
- Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals, social media, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and applications, schedule and conduct initial interviews.
- Organize and manage mass recruitment drives across various locations.
- Coordinate interview processes and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Maintain recruitment databases and prepare reports on progress and metrics.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Desired Profile: Bachelor's degree preferred.0-4 years of relevant recruitment experience, especially in mass hiring/field roles. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
Experience: 0-4 years (Bulk/Field Recruitment Mandatory).
