Job Description

  • Alliances & Partnership Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking and financial partners.
    • Identify, initiate, and negotiate new alliance opportunities for joint business growth.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking alliance activities.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, SLAs, and revenue sharing
    • Lead the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory protocols.
    • Monitor partnership performance and drive initiatives to optimize portfolio growth through banking channels
    • Maintain detailed documentation and dashboards tracking alliance KPIs and outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning & Business Development
    • Craft and execute strategic plans to expand banking relationships and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams for joint go-to-market initiatives.
    • Drive business development to achieve growth in partnership-led revenues and portfolios.
  • Internal & External Coordination
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, risk, sales, legal) to align strategies.
    • Ensure smooth integration of partner products/services with business objectives.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in banking partnerships, alliance management, or financial services business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of banking regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, and sales teams.
