Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize recruitment

Conduct interviews and assess cultural and role fit
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders Skills & Qualifications:2+ years in talent acquisition with full-cycle recruitment experience
Mandatory experience in Medical Coding and RCM Hiring
Strong headhunting and leadership hiring skills
Excellent interview and assessment capabilities
Proficient in job portals and sourcing tools
