Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• D365 F&O SCM Support & Resolution: Provide expert-level functional support for D365 F&O, troubleshooting complex issues across SCM, Advanced Warehousing, Manufacturing, Product Lifecycle Management, and Dual Write.
• CR Design and Testing: Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Change Requests (CRs) within D365 F&O, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are robustly implemented.
• Release & Deployment Management: Maintain the D365 F&O release calendar and meticulously plan and execute system deployments, ensuring alignment with organizational timelines and minimal disruption.
• System Updates & Upgrades: Proactively manage and drive the process of keeping the D365 F&O environment updated to the latest versions, including planning, testing, and execution of service updates.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Drive and facilitate internal team meetings to discuss support issues, project statuses, and knowledge sharing. Actively groom and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise in D365 F&O.
• Cross-System Support: Provide functional and technical support to team members working on legacy Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 systems, facilitating knowledge transfer and transition where applicable.
• Integration Oversight: Understand and troubleshoot complex integration points between D365 F&O and other systems, ensuring data flow and system interoperability.
• Compliance & External Activities: Participate in internal and external audit activities, provide necessary documentation, and engage with external stakeholders as required to ensure system compliance and governance.
