    You are a resilient and empathic Sales Executive/Business Development Executive, who will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company in the North American market. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proven experience in a Business Development Executive/Sales Executive role, preferably within the IT Service Based Industry or similar sectors. - Researching and identifying new business opportunities, such as new markets, emerging trends, potential customers, strategic partnerships, innovative products/services, and alternative methods to reach existing markets. - Showcasing expertise in business development/sales by engaging with international clients, understanding their project requirements, facilitating brainstorming sessions, creating proposals, presenting suitable solutions, negotiating deals, and closing sales for Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Digital Marketing Projects. - Conducting cold calls/tee-calling to pinpoint sales leads, pitching our services to prospective clients, and nurturing strong relationships with new contacts. - Managing the development and delivery of solution value propositions, participating in price negotiations, and finalizing contractual terms. - Developing competitive strategies, including business and action plans, and possessing a good understanding of the RFP/RFQ/RFI process. - Generating leads, cold calling potential customers, identifying key contacts within organizations, and leveraging international market exposure for business growth. - Cultivating and strengthening relationships with customers/clients through in-person meetings or phone communications. - Collaborating with the marketing department to discuss promotional strategies and activities. - Participating in relevant seminars, conferences, and events. - Establishing a sales pipeline and contributing to the planning of sales campaigns. - Negotiating pricing with customers and suppliers when necessary. - Conducting sales forecasts, analyzing data, and presenting insights to senior management or the board of directors. - Crafting the business sales and marketing strategy. - Providing training to team members and organizing external training as needed. - Compiling final responses from various stakeholders, performing tech editing, and ensuring timely submission along with commercial details.,
