We are currently seeking a Vice President for our Finance & Accounting Solution and Service Line, based in NCR. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the entire F&A value chain, particularly within the Insurance and Banking industries, and thrive in a fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities: - Lead the Finance & Accounting Service line and participate in solutioning for new deals. - Build and maintain relationships within the organization at all levels. - Define transformation objectives aligning with the company's strategic vision. - Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver tailored solutions. - Collaborate to drive end-to-end business impact and enhance productivity. - Adapt to changing client needs and provide innovative solutions. - Manage multiple RFPs and deals concurrently. - Oversee the design, implementation, and support of complex F&A processes. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - MBA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, preferably a Chartered Accountant. - Strong analytical skills and client relationship management abilities. - Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in financial analysis and problem-solving. - Familiarity with MS Office applications. - Comprehensive understanding of F&A concepts and processes, including AP, AR, R2R, and FP&A. - Experience managing large teams in a remote environment.
