Job Description
- As an Infoscion, your primary role within the Infosys consulting team involves understanding customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and addressing queries related to requirements and solutions. Your daily tasks will include planning and configuration activities, conducting solution demonstrations, workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements. Additionally, you will lead small projects, participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, and focus on delivering high-quality solutions that add value to customers. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to develop value-creating strategies, have knowledge of software configuration management systems, stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively. Understanding financial processes, pricing models, and industry domain knowledge are also essential for this position. Moreover, you should be proficient in client interfacing, project management, and team management, with a keen eye for identifying process improvements and suggesting technology solutions.
