- As a Senior Consultant in Business Consulting within the Financial Services practice at Infosys, you will be part of a global leader in consulting, technology, and outsourcing solutions. Experienced project managers who can autonomously take charge of project delivery for esteemed financial services clients are encouraged to apply. As a Senior Consultant at Infosys Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work on business consulting engagements as part of a cross-cultural team across regions. You will assume various roles in process consulting, functional consulting, tech strategy, project management, and change management. Your responsibilities will include analyzing problems, devising creative solutions, applying business consulting frameworks, ensuring timely project delivery to clients, and managing project execution, governance, reporting, and stakeholder relationships. You will also lead workshops, contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, internal initiatives, and participate in Firm building events and the consultant referral program. We are looking for success-oriented individuals with a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, a competitive drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Candidates should have prior end-to-end project management experience in Financial Services Industry (FSI), business acumen, a comfort with technology, and strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to quickly frame complex business problems, prioritize root causes confidently, and fit into the professional yet fun atmosphere at Infosys Consulting is essential. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 14 years of experience in the field. We are hiring for primary locations including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Kolkata, with other locations such as Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Mysore, Mangalore, Nagpur, and Thiruvananthapuram also considered based on business requirements.
