Position: Software Engineer

Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our critical product configuration applications, contributing to the full lifecycle of our software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain applications and solutions using Siemens Rulestream for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes.
- Design and build robust, scalable back-end services and Web APIs using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and analysis to design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for relational databases like MS SQL Server.
- Utilize Entity Framework (EF) for efficient data access and object-relational mapping.
- Provide support and enhancements for existing Windows desktop applications (WPF/WinForms).
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in programming with C# and extensive experience with the .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful Web APIs.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
- Practical experience with Entity Framework (EF).
- Experience in front-end development using JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining Windows desktop applications (WPF or WinForms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Siemens Rulestream would be an advantage
- Knowledge of CAD softwares would be an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
