Senior Customer Service Executive (Non-Tech) - Voice Process @ HCLTech

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented freshers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working night shifts and in a 24/7 work environment. Candidate will be responsible for solving customer queries through calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and issues via phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working night shifts and in a 24/7 work environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduation Mandatory Excluding (B.Tech/M.tech/BCA/MCA/Law)
