Must Have Skills: Core Java Advanced (8,11.x), Spring Boot, Micro Services, Web Services, Kafka, SQL, Git
Good to Have Skills: Splunk, Grafana, JBoss, Unix scripting, WinSCP, putty, NGINX
What are we looking for? Someone who has
- Has significant relevant experience in an Agile software development role.
- Java development focused experience
- Is passionate to build on their skills in and actively use the agile mindset and practices.
- Trouble shooting / Problem solving in live environments.
- ITIL Knowledge/IT Risk control/Infrastructure & application life cycle Management
- IT operations background
- Have experience in Infrastructure Application life cycle Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Vendor Management, Asset Management, Deployment and Release Management.
- Proven experience in improving MTTR, application monitoring & logging tools, service management using ServiceNow or equivalent ITIL tools.
- Proven experience in ITIL, Life Cycle management, asset maintenance and tech debt management and execution in alignment with cross IT functions
- Developing engineering capability and effectiveness in a team while also managing executive level stakeholders at the same time
- Strong history in support/operations with hands on L2 and L3 application support
