Job Description
- As a Sales Head in the Solar PV industry, you will be leading the sales team with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Your responsibilities will include developing channel strategies, recruiting partners, setting revenue targets, and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives. You will also lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, establish sales objectives and KPIs, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have technical know-how of Solar Modules and Solar equipment pricing trends, along with at least 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years in the solar PV industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
