UC Solution Lead @ Infosys BPM

Job Description

As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to lead the engagement effort in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers at different stages - from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will review proposals, analyze solutions, identify risks, and propose change management requirements. Your responsibilities will include coaching and creating a vision for the team, providing subject matter training, motivating team members, and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to customers. To excel in this role, you should have good knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, awareness of latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, industry domain knowledge, understanding of financial processes, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management capabilities.
