As a Full Stack Developer (Principal Software Engineer), you will offer technical leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring the adoption of best practices, sound architectural choices, and code excellence. Collaboration with diverse teams to comprehend system elements, interdependencies, and implementation requirements is a key aspect of this role. Your responsibilities will also include conducting code reviews to guarantee adherence to coding standards, unearth enhancement opportunities, and provide mentorship to team members. Tackling intricate technical hurdles and performance concerns, presenting inventive remedies, and swiftly troubleshooting and resolving production issues to prevent service disruptions are crucial tasks. Ensuring punctual delivery of top-notch software is a priority, along with guiding and mentoring fellow developers, nurturing their growth, and offering technical insights. Engaging with product managers and Product Owners to grasp customer needs, translate requirements into technical specifics, and contribute to product evolution will be part of your role. Directing initiatives for continuous improvement, optimizing development procedures, elevating software quality, and boosting team efficiency are also significant responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should possess 12+ years of expertise, demonstrating strong Java development proficiency alongside robust logical and analytical capabilities. Comprehensive mastery in Full Stack Development, team leadership, application design, architectural best practices, design patterns, Spring, Spring Boot framework deployment, ORM frameworks like Hibernate, SQL skills, Angular framework, crafting JUnit test cases, technical leadership, agile software development methodologies, Restful APIs, and development standards is required. Noteworthy familiarity with Liquibase is considered valuable. Education requirement for this position is BE/B. Tech above 70%. Immediate to 30 days notice period is accepted.,
